Well, you have come to the right place!  The Decorating Academy, was originally developed in 1990 by the Queen of Decorating herself, JoAnne Lenart-Weary, for those who wanted  to learn at home and couldn't afford the time or money to attend one of the many hands on classes. Now our new site and learning system  will help you to arm yourself with the knowledge you want and need to create beautiful spaces for profit or pleasure. JoAnne has been helping entrepreneurs grow successful decorating related businesses for over 15 years with  and has been creating beautiful homes for over 30 years. The question she would hear again and again, "Can you teach me how to do what you do?" Thus began her original live training programs and One Day Decorating. 

 

The Decorating Academy (TDA)  online curriculum is unique, even the for free classes aren't fluff stuff. These are some of the same programs offered in the One Day Decorating  professional hands on training progams for thousands of dollars. The curriculum is broken into 60-90 minute modules, most followed by a quiz to validate what you learned.  You can go back and review the lesson again and again to ensure you feel confident with the knowledge. Select your module, then sit back and watch your computer screen and listen to JoAnne or one of the other qualified TDA (The Decorating Academy) Trainers as they walk you to success. This is fun, informative, and most of all, brought to you by the most effective trainers in the industry.
